When our emotions are high and we feel hopeless and unstable how do we get back to normal?
The worst thing you can do in this situation is medicate yourself. Medicating yourself through alcohol, drugs or sex is just going to num the pain for a moment, might even cause more damage and will surely leave you feeling worse than before.
I know its hard when we feel super emotional and helpless in a situation to think clearly but there is something you can do that will actually make you feel better and help you access a different frequency so you can start creating a different outcome and experience.
The first thing you must do when you are stressed, angry or emotional is get yourself to a calmer state of mine immediately. Force yourself to sit down and breath.
Light a candle with the intention to balance your energies back to normal. It might be hard to calm your thoughts by just meditation so you can choose a audio which will help so much immediately.
Put your headphones on, light something sacred, grab a crystal and lay down.
One audio on youtube that I love to listen to when Im feeling off balance or I just want to lift my vibration is a chant of Om Mane Padme Hum, the original version. Its amazingly healing and powerful. Chants are so powerful because they are ancient encoded words with intention.
The mantras six syllables , Om Ma ni Pe me Hum, mean that through the practice of a path that is a union of love and compassion with wisdom, you can transform your impure body, speech and mind into the pure exalted body, speech and mind of a Buddha. The merits of reciting this Mantra are limitless and cannot be fully described even by the Buddha. It is said that the sand of the Ganges and the drops of water in the ocean can be counted but not the merits from the recitation of this Mantra. This Mantra is the great love and compassion manifestation of all the Buddhas. It helps us to develop the love and compassion to make our life full of meaning. Also this mantra can bring healing and can be use as a prayer for other sentient being.
Listen to this for 5-10 minutes and you will already notice a difference in how you feel.
Next ask your guides for answers and support. We all have access to our guides. Maybe we cannot hear them but that doesn’t mean they are not there. Ask them to show you the way and guide you to your truth.
