Mirror work is one of the most important tools in healing. If you have insecurities or if you have unresolved issues within yourself one of the easiest and most effective things you can do is talk to yourself in the mirror. What you will discover is that there are different parts of yourself that will respond back.
When I first started my healing journey around 10 years ago and I moved to Hawaii to meditate I started doing mirror work and what I discovered was that I had so much shame that it was hard to even look at myself in the mirror. I kept looking, I kept talking and the tears would start flowing. I had so much anger at myself and insecurity. Through Mirror work I was able to learn about myself and become more accepting and loving of who I am. It was an incredibly healing tool for me in my journey and I hope it is for you too!
